When you drive away, your windshield's structural integrity and visual clarity are fully restored, ensuring your vehicle's safety on the road. We stand behind our work with our Windshield Protection Plan, giving you comprehensive coverage.
Whenever we can, we choose repair over replacement to save you time and money. This choice has no impact on your remaining plan coverage. For extra security, we also include a Limited Windshield Warranty.
Coverage Guidelines
The Windshield Protection Plan provides 12-month coverage for normal road hazards. It excludes damage from collisions, vandalism, fraud, and natural disasters. Coverage isn't available for Class A motor coaches, buses, or Class Seven/Eight heavy-duty trucks. Claims must be reported to and serviced by the original installation location.
We guarantee top-quality windshield replacement with 12-month protection through our Windshield Protection Plan. Choose additional coverage options or our Full-Service Plan based on your needs.

What is the Limited Windshield Warranty?
Our Limited Windshield Warranty protects you after windshield replacement. If your vehicle develops a leak or experiences a manufacturing defect that impairs visibility, this warranty has you covered. During the warranty period, we'll either reseal the glass or provide a replacement windshield if leaks occur.
What is the difference between a Windshield Protection Plan and a Limited Windshield Warranty?
We offer two distinct warranties: the Windshield Protection Plan and the Limited Windshield Warranty. These warranties protect you if issues arise after service, ensuring the safety of you, your family, and your vehicle.

While we strive to provide lasting service benefits, we cannot maintain warranty coverage if modifications are made to the auto glass or if another company works on our installation.

Additional Damage & Satisfaction Guarantee

If additional damage occurs at the repair site, or if you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll credit your repair cost toward a replacement from ST Glass & Windows Specialists.
For insurance-paid repairs, the credit will be applied to your insurance company, though you may still need to pay any applicable deductible if you choose a replacement. This warranty remains valid for as long as you own or lease your vehicle but cannot be transferred. No other warranty, express or implied, applies.

Our recalibration services come with a 30-day guarantee, or coverage until the next recalibration event—whichever occurs first. Recalibration events, as defined by your vehicle manufacturer, include collisions, windshield replacement, camera disconnection/removal, and vehicle realignment.

Advanced safety systems should not be relied upon until a qualified specialist completes recalibration. These systems enhance—but do not substitute for—safe driving practices. Please note that vehicle modifications can impact system performance.
Safety First
Advanced Safety Systems support safe driving but don't replace driver responsibility. You're in charge of operating your vehicle safely. -
During the inspection, our technicians carefully document any pre-existing damage. We cannot accept responsibility for damage that existed before service. When removing glass, we may discover hidden issues such as rust or frame damage that make safe installation impossible. In these cases, you are responsible for repair costs and transportation to a qualified body shop. Our warranty excludes damage unrelated to workmanship or materials. Neither ST Glass & Windows Specialists nor its affiliates are liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from glass repair or replacement. While this warranty provides you with specific legal rights, you may have additional rights depending on your state.
Disclaimer: In some cases, even with careful repair attempts, the damaged area may spread and require full windshield replacement. Such situations fall outside our warranty coverage, and we cannot assume responsibility for replacement costs or any resulting damage.
